The Electric Car Top Clearances program will calculate the minimum car top clearances and the maximum counterweight runby for you. I have updated the program to include both the 1996 and 2000 code requirements. I have also included a means for checking the top counterweight clearance. The first screenshot demonstrates a car with spring buffers. The second screenshot demonstrates a car with oil buffers.
